The Train Station Project in Delft, which is a city in the Netherlands famous with its architecture, blue porcelains and the painting of the Girl with a Pearl Earring was presented the grand prize at Sign+ Award that was organized in the Netherlands. The historical fabric of the city was reflected on the ceilings of the station in the project in which Integra Metal Suspending Ceiling Systems of Aspen was preferred. Thanks to the decorative engraving feature of Integra Baffle Grill product which has acoustic properties to protect sound quality; the map of Delft Region from the year 1800 was engraved on the ceilings of the station by using printed folio application.
The grand prize, which was awarded to Delft Train Stations at Sign+ Award this year, is presented to a company every year, and also awards are granted to diverse projects in sub-categories such as Indoor Signage, Outdoor Signage and Architectural Signage.
