This situation deprives individuals of the health benefits of sunlight. Important benefits such as vitamin D production, increased energy levels, and mood improvement are consequences of direct exposure to sunlight. Therefore, increasing the time spent outdoors should be our primary goal.

However, since most daily activities take place indoors, it is crucial to incorporate and prioritize natural light into indoor spaces. Maximizing natural light indoors can provide significant advantages in terms of both health and quality of life.

We have compiled some tips to effectively manage natural lighting indoors and create a more comfortable, productive environment."

Optimizing Window and Natural Light Sources: To increase natural lighting indoors, optimize the placement and size of windows. Using Light Colors and Surfaces: You can reflect natural light indoors by using light-colored walls, floors, and ceilings. This allows light to spread more throughout the indoor space, creating a brighter environment.

Using Mirrors: Strategically place mirrors to disperse natural light more effectively indoors. Mirrors can reflect light, creating a wider and brighter appearance in the space.

Using Shading and Window Films: You can utilize shading systems or specialized window films to control natural light. This helps reduce glare from the sun while still maintaining visibility and light.
