OUR PROJECTS: GALATAPORT İSTANBUL
The construction of the Galataport Istanbul project, which started in 2015, is located on the coastline between the Karaköy Ferry Pier and the building belonging to the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Fındıklı Campus. The design of the project belongs to Autoban Architecture, which we all know and whose designs are liked by everyone.
Galataport Istanbul, with a total project area of 400,000 square meters, which includes programs such as a cruise port, accommodation areas, cafes, restaurants, boutique stores, offices, is a mega project that includes structures that serve in a wide variety of areas at the same time. Buildings to be reconstructed, such as the Museum of Contemporary Arts or Istanbul Modern, are also within the scope of the project. The fact that historical buildings such as the Package Post Office, Çinili Han, Merkez Han, Karaköy Passenger Hall, and Topane Clock Tower are among the buildings to be restored within the scope of Galataport Istanbul contributes to our understanding of the importance and scale of the project. At the same time, there are important landmarks for Istanbul among the buildings around the Galataport Istanbul project. The Galataport project, which is a very important project for Istanbul and Turkey, has become popular in the public as the center of many architectural debates in recent years.
In an important project like Galataport Istanbul, fire resistant Integra Metal Suspended and Wall Systems belonging to Aspen Yapı ve Zemin were preferred. As the Aspen family, we were able to find aesthetic and functional solutions for Galataport with roof systems designed in three different ways: Integra Plank C bandraster system, Integra Linear Random Line system, Integra Linear Baffle System A.
System Features:
All solutions of Integra Metal and Suspended Ceiling systems consist of functional, aesthetic and most efficient customized systems according to the project. The features of these systems preferred in the Galataport Istanbul project are as follows;
Large perforated metal suspended ceilings designed with Integra Plank C bandraster carrier system can be easily disassembled independently of each other if desired.
Integra Linear Random Line system is a type of suspended ceiling formed by bent linear panels with 30, 80, 130, 180 mm widths. It is an aesthetic and functional suspended ceiling system that allows use with different arrays, diversity in design and lighting elements.
Integra Linear Baffle System A is a suspended ceiling system that offers stylish and innovative solutions for linear ceiling designs. Baffle System A can be mounted on the carrier system at desired axis ranges.
